Feralcat is an artist, saxophonist, composer, alias and conceptual departure from what you think about when you hear the saxophone. Created as the debut solo project by Pittsburgh-based saxophonist Roger Rafael Romero, the music is equal parts prog rock, jazz fusion and art rock. Feralcat uses sweeping lyrical melodies over heavy guitar-driven rhythms to create a sound that you can both hear and feel deeply. These songs are meant to break barriers and melt faces, with improvised saxophone music that you can bump and mosh to!

FERALCAT, the eponymous debut album by Feralcat, will be released June 1st, 2019 via The Attic Music Group
